Challenge #32 : And The Winners Are

So excited to recveal Iris' picks! And, without further ado...

Iris said, "I enjoyed looking through the entries. All the layouts were beautiful but if I have to choose just one per category, then my choice for the non member category would be:
"
Queen Of Hearts
" By Helga.
I love how she incorporated actual
playing cards. The misting and embossing was beautifully done as well. Just stunning.

For the member category, I was really drawn to
"A Life Full Of Wonder" by Bebang
.
Her design is actually very clever. The lines created by allowing the mist to drip from the top part of the page provided a beautiful and artsy background to her page. I love that she balanced it with enough white space around her embellishments and photos."

Thank you so much, Iris! We're truly blessed to have you as our guest challenger/judge. We learned to face our fears --- new techniques! And, you also introduced as to a new addiction --- art mediums!
Thank you so much from all of us here at Scrappers @ SG!

We would also like to extend our deepest gratitude to those who opt to follow the blog. And, of course, to Bessie, Jeanie, Jona and Helga for joining Challenge #32!

NOTE to Helga, please drop us an email with your address. Thank you!

Challenge #33 : RAK sponsored by Nikki Sivils

Very happy to present to you the RAK prize for this month which is sponsored by a well-loved manufacturer,

It was supposed to be one of the RAKs during our anniversary but we didn't get it before the meet. ' think it's so apt to have it as RAK during the National Scrapbooking Month! To celebrate all who loves scrapbooking!

To Nikki, Dan and Lanie, thank you so much for the RAK!

This RAK is only half of what they sent us. The other one will be given away during our NSD Scrapmeet! Woohoo!

Aside from the RAK above, we will also be giving away this bag which was given by our dear, Rowee! Thank you, Rowee!

Challenge #33 : "Fill Her Up!"

Happy National Scrapbooking Month, Scrappers!!!

and
Welcome to Challenge #33
We are so happy and honored to have Pamela Young as our guest challenger/judge for this challenge!
Thank you very much!
From Pamela :
"We, as scrapboookers, used to be afraid of "white space". But now it is the popular thing to do. My challenge to you is to forget about that, and create a page that is filled! Fill the whole page with paper or elements. :)
Here's my example. "

Deadline will be on May 3011:59PM GMT+8.

PAMELA YOUNG

Hello! My name is Pamela Young, and I absolutely LOVE scrapbooking. It is a way of life for me. :) I also make cards, alter, paint, sew and quilt! My style keeps evolving. I love to try new things. People have told me that they will see something by me and know it is mine before reading who did it. So I must have the "Pamela" style. :) I have been published in several different magazines (Cards, Creating Keepsakes, Memory Makers, Scrapbooks and Cards Today, Scrapbooks Etc, and Scrapbook Trends). Currently I am designing for My Little Shoebox, Tattered Angels, Punky Sprouts and Helmar Adhesives. I also write for ScrapStreet magazine. I keep an updated blog at http://pamelasworldofscrap.blogspot.com.

I live in the very beautiful state of Colorado. I am a SAHM to two wild boys, ages 7 (well almost 7) and 5, and a 1 yr. old baby girl. They grow up so fast. I am enjoying life right now, even though it can get a bit chaotic. I have a wonderful husband who is supportive of my crafting obsession. We have been married for 10 years. Family plays a big part in my life.
